These figure studies are the result of a continued inquiry into the human form. I believe the drawings reveal a particular interest in line quality as well as human anatomy. They are all drawn from live models.

In Gandhi’s Wake

In 2005, I photographed the recreation of Mahatma Gandhi’s, Salt March. For 26 days we walked the very path that Gandhi had taken 75 years prior, on his pilgrimage to the Arabian Sea.

I have been sitting on these negatives for quite some time, unsure what to do with them. Last year they were printed for a solo show on Paros, Greece. My hope is to see them in book form soon.
